In these terms, “we” means ZAKALY THE NEW WAY LTD, which sells under the Miroirette brand, and “you” means the person placing an order on miroirette.com.

These terms

These terms and conditions of sale apply to every order placed on miroirette.com. They are available at the bottom of every page of the website. By placing an order, you accept them.

Our products

We sell dressing tables with mirrors. The features of each dressing table are described on its page, with its photos.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). During our Early Black Friday offer, prices are reduced while stocks last.

Tracked delivery in 72 hours with DPD is free; DPD Next Day delivery, if you choose it, costs £9.99. The total of your order, including delivery, is shown before payment: nothing is added afterwards.

Orders

You choose your dressing table and your offer. Then, on the checkout page, you enter your email address, your delivery address in the United Kingdom and your phone number, and you choose your delivery option. You check the summary (items, prices, delivery, total) before paying.

Your order is confirmed as soon as your payment is accepted: you then receive a confirmation email with its summary.

Payment

You pay in full when you place your order, by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is secure and processed by our payment provider: we never see or store your card numbers.

Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom only, with no deliveries on Sundays or bank holidays:

• free tracked delivery in 72 hours, with DPD;
• or DPD Next Day, for £9.99.

Orders placed before 5 pm, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day. The expected delivery date is shown before you order. We ask for your phone number so the courier can let you know about your delivery. More details: Delivery.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a refund, by email at hello@miroirette.com. You send the dressing table back to us and pay the return shipping. Once we receive it back, we refund the item to the payment method used for the order. More details: Refund Policy.

Warranty

Every dressing table comes with a 3-year warranty. A part damaged or missing on delivery is sent to you again, no questions asked. To use the warranty, write to us at hello@miroirette.com, with a photo if you can. More details: Warranty.
