Who handles your information?

ZAKALY THE NEW WAY LTD, which operates the Miroirette brand and the website miroirette.com (Private limited company, company number 16562627, Companies House, United Kingdom; 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom). For any question about your information: hello@miroirette.com.

What we collect

• When you order: your first and last name, your delivery address, your email address, your phone number, the items ordered, the delivery option chosen, the amount paid, and the IP address and browser used for the order.
• When you write to us: your name, your email address, your order number if you give it, and your message.
• When you visit the website: the pages viewed and the steps of your order, to measure our advertising (see below).

Why?

To prepare, dispatch and deliver your order (your phone number is there so the courier can let you know about your delivery), to send you the emails about it, to handle a return, a refund or a warranty request, and to answer your messages. And to measure how well our advertising works.

Who receives it?

• Our courier (DPD): your name, delivery address and phone number, to deliver your order and let you know about your delivery.
• Our payment provider: it receives your card details directly, in its secure form, and processes the payment. We never see or store your card numbers.
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram): to measure our advertising (see below).
• Our web host, which hosts the website and its data.

Advertising measurement (Meta)

We advertise Miroirette on Facebook and Instagram. To know which ads work, the website uses Meta’s measurement tools (the Meta pixel and the Conversions API). They send Meta the pages viewed and the steps of your order (adding to your basket, going to checkout, purchase), with your IP address, your browser information, Meta’s measurement cookies and an encrypted visit identifier.

For a purchase, they also send your email address, phone number, first and last name, city, postcode and country, in encrypted (hashed) form, to link the purchase to the ad you saw.

Cookies

The website uses cookies to keep your basket from one page to the next and to complete your order, and Meta’s measurement cookies (see above).

How long?

We keep your order information for 3 years, the length of your dressing table’s warranty, so that we can handle a return, a refund or a warranty request. Your messages, for as long as it takes to handle your request.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop using it: write to us at hello@miroirette.com, and Lucy and the team will reply by email in under 1 hour, Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm.
